Lionel and his son came out a couple months back to give me a quote and a game plan and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. After ordering a shelving unit for a supposed DIY project from a manufacturer, I found myself unsure of how I could safely and securely mount it myself so that it could bear the weight of a massive book collection based on the manufacturer specs. Cordova Co led by Lionel Cordova did a fantastic job painting our rental property. He took time out not only give me a painting quote yet also made some recommendations to keep help us maintain the property at my request. So I was able to get two quotes essentially, one with some much needed maintenance and one for paint only. This allowed our family to really assess what was important to us. Also, I was able to describe what I wanted the home to look like and he helped me tremendously by sending some photos of what I thought might be appropriate for paint colors. It turned out well.
