Cordova Co led by Lionel Cordova did a fantastic job painting our rental property. He took time out not only give me a painting quote yet also made some recommendations to keep help us maintain the property at my request. So I was able to get two quotes essentially, one with some much needed maintenance and one for paint only. This allowed our family to really assess what was important to us. Also, I was able to describe what I wanted the home to look like and he helped me tremendously by sending some photos of what I thought might be appropriate for paint colors. It turned out well.
